Listing Policy

• We have submission guidelines in place to make sure we receive quality directory listings to our directory. Please review the submission guidelines before submitting a directory program for review.

Advertising Policy

• DirectoryGrade.com accepts banner and text advertisements for directories on our site beyond the normal directory listings. Advertising will be accepted at our discretion, and we only accept ads that relate to directories at this time. Advertisements will be paid for via monthly subscriptions. Once you have paid a monthly advertising subscription it cannot be refunded. You can terminate your subscription at anytime to avoid billing for the next cycle.
• Rates for advertisements are subject to change at any time. If we decide to increase the rate you will be notified by email before your next billing cycle and you will have the option to renew at the higher rate or discontinue your advertising with DirectoryGrade.com.

Refund Policy

• If DirectoryGrade.com decides not to accept a paid listing, the paid listing will be refunded within two business days. We will not issue a refund for sites that have changed after acceptance that do not meet our submission guidelines. In other words, if your site changes after it is in the directory we have the right to remove it without refunding your payment.
• Advertisting subscriptions will not be refunded once they are paid for. You may cancel your subscription at anytime before the next billing and you will not longer be charged for your ads.
